Since Houston’s big boom back in the early 80’s we’ve (which is when our company started) we’ve been providing lease space and tenant improvements such as bringing a space back to a leasable shell box to completing the full scale build out for our clients and, or their new tenants.   We work closely with the building owners, their manager,  and their designers, architects and engineers to provide a complete turn key build out which includes property planning, permitting and occupancy requirements.   Some of our first clients, are still our clients today.   We are proud to have worked with many franchise companies to include firms like Academy, Luby’s, Whole Foods, Lone Star College, and many more.    We can provide lease build and finish expertise to complete any size build out you have, from a shopping center storefront, to a complete office or warehouse build out.
